This was my first time working with Steve, and I hope not the last. He competed in the 2006 Northern Albertas, placing 2nd in the heavyweights. I was very happy with how he turned out, great condition and lots of quality muscle. If all people followed the plan as strictly as Steve, there would be a lot more good bodybuilders out there.
