I
first met Aaron when I was visiting my parents on Vancouver Island.
He has grown so much since then. He is a very smart
guy who was having a hard time with his diet because he was making
things too complicated. He contacted me 7 weeks out from his show,
and asked if I would jump in and help him out. He was behind schedule
and had a lot of weight to drop if he was to make middleweight.
I tortured him to get him down to 175 pounds. He barely made his
class, but was very hard and won the British Columbia Middleweights.
In 2004 Aaron returned to the BC's to capture the lightheavy and
overall crown, showing amazing improvements. |
